The Loft Studio is the perfect romantic and private retreat
The self contained self – catering studio loft is located on the Estate, 400m away from the lodges in splendid surroundings, but separate.
It is fully independent with total privacy. Self catering only. It is perfect for couples or solo travelers.
You will have use of a lovely outside area but please note that the studio does not have the wood fired hot tubs that come with the lodges.
We will do everything we can to make your stay enjoyable and relaxing.

There is much to do and to see nearby-
From Hythe and its military canal to Dover Castle, Lympne Castle, and Canterbury. And don’t forget the Hawkinge War Museum in the summer! Plus, there are two tennis courts on-site for some friendly games.

How to find Hayne Barn Estate
20 minutes from Canterbury, Lympne Castle, Dover Castle and Ashford International making St Pancras 45 minutes away.
5 minutes by car from the beach at Hythe and 8 minutes from the Channel Tunnel. Froggies is perfect for those who wish to catch an early shuttle or ferry to France.
A few minutes by car from Sandling Station which has regular links to London, Canterbury and Folkestone.
Buses to Hythe and Folkestone from Saltwood village.
To come to us please do not put your GPS: On M20, exit 11, then 3rd left at the roundabout, immediately left again on A20. After 3/4 of a mile, take a sharp right turn towards Saltwood. In the village, at the memorial, take the left-hand fork onto Grange Road, and follow the road for about 1 mile till the small junction marked “Hayne Barn Estate” “Froggies” is clearly marked to the left after the main car park. Go to the end to our private car park.
